About the role
You will own the entire sales cycle for mid-market companies, guiding prospects from initial discovery to signed contract and successful onboarding. You will partner with HR and executive stakeholders to educate them on the Alan prevention insurance model and demonstrate how it builds a healthier and more sustainable business. You will run inspiring product demos that translate complex value into clear, actionable insights for each prospect. You will tailor your approach using the Smart and Soft selling method to ensure a delightful and instructive experience for every buyer. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve tools, and expand the addressable market. You will challenge existing processes to enhance our product and strategy while contributing to the growth of the Alan brand. You will manage a portfolio of accounts in targeted verticals and support the transition of prospects into long-term customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define and execute a full sales cycle for mid-market companies, managing every stage from discovery to closure with precision and ownership.
Engage with HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers across Tech & Engineering, Business Services & Media, Retail, Transport, HCR, Learn & Care, Food & Beverage, and Metallurgy segments.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover pain points, business objectives, and the strategic value of prevention within each prospect's organization.
Deliver tailored product demos that clearly illustrate how Alan integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a seamless user experience.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, aligning their needs with the right Alan solutions.
Apply the Smart and Soft selling methodology to design a personalized, high-touch approach for each prospect while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, refine product features, and improve sales methods based on real-world interactions.
Own pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and conversion metrics to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Champion Alan's mission by educating prospects on the long-term benefits of prevention-driven healthcare and insurance integration.
Support the expansion of the customer base by identifying new vertical opportunities and contributing to scalable growth initiatives.
Act as an ambassador for the Alan brand, reinforcing trust, transparency, and value at every interaction with prospects and partners.
Requirements
You must have at least 4 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on prospecting and relationship building.
You must possess full professional working proficiency in French at level C2 or above and demonstrate advanced English communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.
You must be highly organized, with exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
You must show deep empathy and a genuine commitment to understanding and solving prospects' business and human problems.
You must be able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building across complex organizational hierarchies.
You must have a thorough understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and the ability to articulate long-term value.
You must have a great team attitude, thriving in a small, collaborative environment where collective success is prioritized.
You must be eager to learn quickly, adapt to new information, and make a meaningful impact from day one in the role.
You must be based in or be willing to relocate to one of our French offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
