What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery with C-level and operational stakeholders to uncover business needs and pain points related to employee healthcare.
- Articulate the value of Alan's integrated insurance, prevention, and care solution through tailored narratives that resonate with each prospect's unique context.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target small business accounts in France.
- Own the full sales cycle, including accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation of terms that align with Alan's commercial standards.
- Design and deliver inspiring product demos that clearly communicate outcomes, return on investment, and the employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and shape product evolution based on real-world selling experiences.

Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on proactive prospecting activities.
- Demonstrate full working proficiency in French at a C2 level and possess an advanced level of English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Show exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring that complex deals are managed with precision and attention to detail.
- Exhibit high levels of empathy, actively listening to prospects and focusing on understanding and solving their healthcare-related challenges.
- Develop influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Possess a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and the ability to communicate these in commercial discussions.
