You will own the relationship strategy for a portfolio of target organizations, ensuring alignment between Alan's capabilities and the operational goals of each account. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with senior leadership to uncover latent operational risks and unmet health-related needs within target enterprises.
Architect bespoke value propositions that connect Alan's clinical prevention tools to specific financial and HR objectives of large-scale organizations.
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and decision criteria from initial exploration to contract execution.
Leverage advanced analytical skills to forecast pipeline performance, model deal profitability, and prioritize high-yield opportunities.
Establish Alan as the thought leader in preventative insurance by contributing to industry discussions and shaping the narrative around proactive health management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to relay strategic client feedback, influencing the future trajectory of the Alan platform.
Develop and maintain sophisticated account maps that identify economic buyers, influencers, and hidden champions within target organizations.
Utilize data-centric methodologies to track engagement metrics, optimize sales activities, and refine the overall enterprise go-to-market strategy.
Orchestrate seamless post-sale onboarding and implementation processes to ensure rapid adoption and maximize the perceived value of the Alan ecosystem.
Champion the internal adoption of best practices by mentoring junior sales team members and sharing proven techniques for engaging large-scale buyers.
Negotiate complex commercial terms and contractual agreements, ensuring outcomes that satisfy both rigorous compliance standards and client expectations.
Drive the integration of Alan's offerings into the existing operational workflows of enterprise clients, minimizing friction and maximizing retention.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in business-to-business sales within the enterprise technology or services sector.
Demonstrate a documented history of successfully selling solutions to organizations with headcounts exceeding 200 employees.
Hold fluency in Dutch and/or French, coupled with the ability to communicate with precision and authority in English in all professional contexts.
Exhibit exceptional organizational discipline, with a proven capacity to manage numerous concurrent opportunities without compromising detail orientation.
Apply a rigorously data-driven approach to sales performance, utilizing analytics to inform daily decisions and long-term strategy.
Cultivate a deep, nuanced understanding of Belgian business culture, commercial etiquette, and the specific regulatory landscape governing the insurance sector.
Show a commitment to ethical sales practices and the ability to build long-term trust with stakeholders in highly regulated environments.

Utilize prospecting tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, and Lusha to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified accounts.
Leverage Salesforce as the central CRM to document interactions, forecast revenue, and maintain a single source of truth for all account activity.
Conduct meetings via Google Meet and in-person settings, adapting communication style to suit virtual and face-to-face dynamics.
Engage with coaching tools like Modjo to refine sales techniques and receive actionable feedback on performance.
Collaborate effectively with Sales Associates, working in tandem to support account strategy and execution.
