About the Position
Ajax Systems positions a dedicated leader responsible for the complete lifecycle of electronic card operations. This role owns the full sequence from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring seamless progression through each stage. The position holder exercises authority over routing decisions and handoff points while maintaining a smooth flow of work across multiple teams. You will transform intricate card-related requests into structured, actionable steps that uphold reliable service delivery. The role demands a proactive approach to workflow design, quality validation, and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities
You will architect and manage the operational framework for card processing, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. Primary duties include designing standardized intake procedures to capture comprehensive request details before work initiation. You will shape build routines that optimize the movement of components from receiving through to final assembly. Establishing and guiding review checkpoints is essential to validate quality and compliance before items advance to the next phase. You will direct ship preparations, guaranteeing that handoffs align precisely with partner expectations and requirements. A critical part of the role involves coordinating with internal and external partners by aligning schedules, clarifying requirements, and resolving dependencies. You will also establish monitoring practices to track cycle times, identify bottlenecks, and highlight delays in real time. Creating and implementing adjustment rules will help maintain workflow stability during fluctuations in demand. Finally, you will maintain detailed documentation that records all key decisions, changes, and rationales to support future improvements and organizational learning.
Professional Requirements
Candidates must bring a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in operations or functionally similar roles. A deep understanding of systems that manage electronic cards and their associated processes is mandatory. You must possess the ability to communicate with exceptional clarity and precision across diverse teams and stakeholder groups. Demonstrated judgment in making decisions that impact workflow and team collaboration is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within logistics or technical environments is highly valued. Familiarity with complex operational settings where processes intersect with technical constraints is considered a significant advantage.
