Commercial Sédentaire B2B
Job description
About the role
The Commercial B2B Owner for France acts as the primary operational link between Ajax Systems and the French B2B ecosystem, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements from initial intake to long-term partnership management. This role is accountable for translating complex regional security and regulatory requirements into clear, executable operational rules that maintain the integrity of the Ajax platform. You will own the definition of intake procedures, ensuring every client request is evaluated for system compatibility, legal alignment, and adherence to strict security standards. You will design and oversee build pathways that rigorously follow RoHS declarations and environmental guidelines while optimizing component selection for reliability and compliance. You will facilitate cross-functional review sessions where documentation, configurations, and test results are scrutinized against market demands and internal quality benchmarks. You will coordinate deployment schedules with precision, aligning rollout activities with partner calendars and regional business plans to ensure seamless execution. You will establish and nurture robust connections with commercial stakeholders, uniting internal teams around shared product capabilities, support processes, and value propositions. After solution launch, you will monitor performance metrics, log observations, and channel feedback into iterative improvements that reinforce data protection and system safeguards. You will act as a critical reviewer, challenging assumptions by dissecting feature scope, effort estimates, and risk factors before granting final approval on releases.
