What you'll do
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting and targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging customer needs, industry trends, and untapped segments within the security and automation vertical.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, security directors, and operational managers in key enterprise accounts.
Deliver compelling value propositions and tailored demonstrations that clearly articulate the return on investment and operational efficiency of Ajax solutions.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to craft customized solution designs that address specific client challenges and requirements.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms align with company policies, pricing structures, and strategic objectives.
Utilize CRM systems meticulously to track all interactions, forecast revenue accurately, and maintain complete visibility into the sales funnel.
Partner with marketing to develop localized content, case studies, and success stories that resonate with the specific cultural and business context of the region.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to provide actionable insights that inform strategic adjustments to sales approaches.
Drive the achievement and surpassing of quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined execution and relentless follow-up.
Spearhead the organization of regional industry events, webinars, and workshops that position Ajax as a thought leader in safety and technology.
Evaluate and report on the performance of various sales channels and partners to optimize resource allocation and maximize market penetration.
Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices for client communication, negotiation tactics, and market entry strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing business operations in the assigned territory.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
You have a minimum of five years of proven experience in business development or enterprise sales within the technology or security industry.
You demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering consistent, double-digit growth in revenue year over year.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage for engaging local stakeholders.
You have extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that involve technical evaluation and executive sponsorship.
You show a deep understanding of security systems, IoT technologies, and the unique challenges of physical and cyber protection.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly and adaptability is essential.
You exhibit strong ethical judgment and integrity, ensuring that all client interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and trustworthiness.

Prior experience working with international security brands or high-tech exporters is highly valued.
Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market landscape, including regional regulations and business etiquette, is a distinct advantage.
