Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in constructing high-functioning teams. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with executive leadership and hiring managers. Your focus will be on developing scalable sourcing strategies that attract exceptional candidates and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will play a key role in defining the trajectory of Airwallex as we expand globally.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for roles across multiple regions and business divisions.
- Formulate and implement talent acquisition strategies to engage top candidates in competitive sectors.
- Work directly with business leaders to analyze workforce requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing and relationship-building tactics.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience at every interaction point in the recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Support employer branding efforts, campus outreach, and other strategic human capital initiatives.
- Partner with global stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives across all operating units.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine sourcing channels and improve quality of hire.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and talent availability in key locations.
- Collaborate with HR operations to ensure compliance and consistency across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer value proposition in priority markets.
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and elevate the standards of the recruitment function.
- Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies that enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment process optimization and talent mapping.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within technology, fintech, or rapidly scaling organizations.
- A proven history of filling commercially vital and business-critical positions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous concurrent searches in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, with experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and C-level executives.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment data analysis.
- A genuine passion for developing inclusive, high-performance teams.
- Outstanding communication abilities and meticulous organizational skills.
- The capability to operate autonomously and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
