Quality Architect for Agentic Testing at AirSlate

We are searching for a Quality Architect to define the future of testing for a leading electronic signature and document management platform. In this role, you will own the quality strategy for a globally recognized product used by millions. Position Overview

As the lead for quality architecture, you will design the systems that ensure our product meets the highest standards. You will move beyond manual checks to create intelligent frameworks that learn and adapt. Your work will directly impact the reliability of a platform relied upon by businesses worldwide.

You will report to the Head of Quality and work closely with product, engineering, and security teams. The role requires balancing strategic vision with the ability to debug complex issues. You will be the guardian of quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Core Responsibilities

You will design intake mechanisms that convert raw quality data into strategic testing initiatives. This involves creating systems that prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact.

You will architect and implement agentic testing frameworks that enable autonomous validation. These systems will coordinate multiple bots to verify complex workflows and protect the integrity of the platform.

You will conduct deep reviews of the existing automation suite. Your focus will be on eliminating flaky tests and strengthening coverage for critical user journeys.

You will manage verification cycles that are both rapid and robust. You will ensure that releases proceed on schedule while maintaining uncompromising standards for stability.

You will collaborate with solution architects to embed quality practices within the altaFlow pipeline. This ensures that autonomous patterns are observable and measurable from the start.

You will establish test observability dashboards. These tools will provide stakeholders with clear insight into risk trends and the potential impact of changes.

You will run controlled experiments on digital experiences. This includes validating changes for solutions like Instapage without disrupting user conversion paths.

You will ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards for US Legal Forms. Your work will guarantee that templates and electronic signatures meet all compliance requirements.

Qualifications

You have 3 to 5 years of experience leading quality engineering teams. You have a track record of mentoring engineers and driving measurable outcomes.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience building agentic testing systems. You understand how to create bots that collaborate safely and securely.

You have hands-on experience with AQE methodologies. You have designed test strategies that scale alongside evolving workflows.

You have practical experience deploying agentic AI in production. You have shipped real autonomous workflows, not just theoretical prototypes.

You have a deep understanding of the document ecosystem. This includes solutions for electronic signatures, form filling, and document management.

You are a cross-cultural collaborator. You communicate effectively with colleagues in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and the Philippines.
