Job description
About the role
You will architect and own the performance marketing engine that drives top-of-funnel growth for airSlate's global suite of products. This role is defined by data-led experimentation where you analyze metrics, iterate on hypotheses, and directly influence acquisition strategy at scale. Collaboration will be constant as you work alongside product, design, and engineering teams to align campaigns with business objectives. You will have ownership over the entire campaign lifecycle from initial brief to post-analysis, turning insights into action. The position requires comfort with ambiguity and a bias for testing new channels, creatives, and audiences in a fast-moving environment. You will leverage direct partnerships with Google and Apple to access beta features and exclusive support. Ultimately, you are responsible for owning CAC, conversion volume, and ROAS as your core north star metrics.
