What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of secure infrastructure solutions that align with Aiops Group's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies that protect sensitive data and systems.
• Oversee the management and optimization of existing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance while minimizing downtime.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents, coordinating response efforts and communicating with stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends, integrating new technologies and practices into the infrastructure strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of security measures into all aspects of infrastructure operations.
• Prepare and present reports on security posture and infrastructure performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate and implement security solutions that enhance our infrastructure.
• Drive initiatives to promote security awareness and best practices among all employees within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within infrastructure security, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
• Strong technical background in network security, cloud security, and infrastructure management.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams, with a focus on building a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security implications.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of container security and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
