What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance to uncover trends, risks, and untapped revenue opportunities.
Drive the onboarding of new and potential supply partners by managing online registrations and guiding them toward completion.
Design and execute focused project sprints that accelerate program participation, adoption, and partner activation.
Serve as the primary communication link for partners across phone, email, messaging platforms, and webinars.
Deliver training and enablement sessions to ensure partners understand Agoda's technologies, tools, and operating models.
Maintain a rigorous prioritization of daily tasks while monitoring results and tracking progress within internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex partner issues and align on strategic initiatives.
Represent partner needs internally, translating feedback into actionable requirements for product and operations teams.
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare concise reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Proactively identify risks or blockers in the partner journey and implement corrective actions to maintain satisfaction.
Champion continuous improvement by testing new approaches and scaling successful practices across the portfolio.
Requirements
Must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development or execution role.
Must have an analytical background with a proven track record of using data to drive achievements and inform decisions.
Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an autonomous, result-driven history of achieving ambitious targets.
Must be capable of operating under pressure in a competitive, rapidly changing industry.
Must adapt effectively to a highly dynamic environment and shift responsibilities as needed by the business.
Must support EMEA markets while strictly adhering to EMEA business hours.
Must communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, in all professional interactions.
Must maintain physical presence in Cairo, Egypt for the duration of the role.
Must hold a valid Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures related to partner management and confidentiality.
Must be able to work independently with limited direct supervision while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have experience working with online travel platforms or marketplace models.
Experience in a consultative account management role within a digital services environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization platforms will support effectiveness in the role.
