What you'll do

• Design and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Create and execute unit tests to validate the functionality of developed solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of end-users, creating documentation and user guides to facilitate effective use of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within our solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate development timelines and deliver projects on schedule, managing priorities effectively.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development, contributing to the overall growth of the Bamboohr team.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that solutions meet functional and performance requirements before deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications, including entity creation, workflows, and plugins.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-200 or MB-400, will be considered a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based development practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.
