What you'll do
- Support ongoing robotics development projects across different departments within the organization on a regular basis.

- Support the setup, configuration, and calibration of laboratory equipment and various testing environments.
- Help prepare clear technical reports and concise summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Engage in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process optimizations and sharing lessons learned from projects.
- Participate in safety reviews and follow established protocols when working with moving machinery and electrical systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with robotic systems, automation, and related technologies through projects or work.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in robotics, such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical ideas with clarity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to partner sites, trade shows, or industry events when required by the role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-directed approach to learning new tools, methods, and frameworks independently.
- Comfort with both hardware assembly tasks and software configuration duties in a laboratory or workshop setting.
- Availability to start in a full-time capacity with standard working hours and consistent attendance.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative software development workflows in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
