Senior Technical Program Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end orchestration of strategic technical programs that define the roadmap and delivery of Afero's IoT platform capabilities. You will act as the central nervous system between hardened security implementations, elastic multi-cloud services, and the software engineering model that unifies embedded, mobile, and cloud development. You will shepherd initiatives that leverage data ontology to streamline machine learning and accelerate time to market from factory to customers. You will ensure that onboarding simplicity and customer connection maximization remain at the heart of every project milestone. You will provide exceptional leadership that aligns world-class mobile, hardware, security, and cloud veterans from Google, Apple, Nest, Danger, Microsoft, Amazon, Twitter, and Netflix. You will drive operational reliability and responsiveness across the platform while maintaining strict quality standards. You will translate complex platform initiatives into clear execution plans for cross-functional stakeholders. You will safeguard project delivery against scope, risk, and dependency challenges inherent in next-generation IoT ecosystems.
