Experience Trainer & Activations Lead
Job description
About the role
This role develops teammates to ensure consistent service quality across lounges and flights. It acts as the main connection between operational execution and the premium guest journey from arrival to departure.
Education roles shape how people learn. Teachers plan lessons, run classes, and assess progress. Trainers and instructors run courses inside companies too. The work mixes preparation, delivery, and feedback. Patience, clarity, and adaptability are the core skills. Education roles are evaluated by learner outcomes and feedback. Most employers provide lesson planning frameworks and regular observation.
