About the role
You own the end-to-end coordination of Crusoe's hiring process as the central reliability point for a high-velocity interview experience. This role operates at the intersection of people operations and process engineering, where your decisions directly shape how candidates perceive the company. You will manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end: multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate prep materials. You will review coordination and candidate surveys to influence roadmap planning and decision making, ensuring the candidate journey reflects the urgency and scale of our mission. You will elevate scalable, compliant, and personalized approaches to the candidate and hiring team experience. You will partner with recruiting leadership to grow the team, hire for IC Coordinators, onboard them, and set them up for success. You are expected to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining exceptional ownership over execution and process building.

What you'll do
- Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end: multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, candidate prep materials.
- Provide a high-attention to detail for the teams coordination work ensuring team SLA's are being met and identify any improvement opportunities to workflows and capacity.
- Manage load balancing, maintain calibration and accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and enforce process hygiene across the interview lifecycle.
- Elevate scalable, compliant and personalized approach to candidate and hiring team experience, leading initiatives such as candidate and partnership surveys to continuously raise the bar.
- Build out coordination team capacity model and ensure team SLA's are being met; identify any improvement opportunities to workflows and capacity based on data and feedback.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve them before they impact the candidate experience.
- Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks in scheduling, communication, and interview logistics using structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to grow the
team: hire for IC Coordinators, onboard them, and set them up for success through training and process alignment.
- Interpret candidate and hiring experience survey data, including NPS scores, to drive targeted improvements in coordination quality and responsiveness.
- Leverage tools such as Ashby (or similar ATS), Workday HRIS, and other recruiting technologies to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Establish and maintain calibration sessions with the hiring team to ensure consistent standards and expectations across interview panels.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting repeatable playbooks for recurring coordination challenges and scaling best practices globally.
Requirements
- 5+ Years in the recruiting coordination or operations field at a high growth tech company.
- 2+ Years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable owning both execution and process building without being prompted.
- High operational rigor; thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and maintains clarity under pressure.
- Strong familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS) and core HRIS concepts such as those found in Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Commitment to compliance and process adherence while still enabling personalized candidate experiences.
Nice to have
- Workday HRIS experience beyond basic familiarity.
- Knowledgeable about Candidate and Hiring Experience team surveys; interpreting results, NPS scores, and deriving action plans.
- Experience building and/or running interview training programs for coordinators and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in additional recruiting and AI tools such as Coder Pad, Metaview, Glassdoor/Indeed for ongoing optimization.
Practical notes
This is an onsite role in Sunnyvale, California, requiring consistent presence during standard business hours. The position does not involve travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time. No visa sponsorship is available for this role. The compensation range is subject to internal equity and market data, with final offers dependent on knowledge, education, abilities, and relevant experience.
