What you'll do

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, testing methods, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ASTM and AASHTO guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey inspection findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, as well as software for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
