What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and legal teams, to gather necessary information and clarify contract terms.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of contracts to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Maintain an organized database of all contracts and related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure obligations are met.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures to streamline operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations, with the ability to interpret complex legal language.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing contracts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, as well as contract management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all contract-related documentation.
