Addepar is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team in Geneva, Switzerland. This role centers on building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional financial partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing client accounts across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospective clients through the capabilities of Addepar's wealth management technology platform and demonstrating how the solution can transform their investment operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their pipeline from first contact through long-term account growth.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and individual clients across the Geneva region and surrounding markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the wealth management, private banking, and financial services sectors.
- Develop strategic account plans to expand product adoption and increase revenue within assigned territories and client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success to understand and address evolving client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly highlight the capabilities and value proposition of Addepar's platform.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular updates to regional sales leadership.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent Addepar and generate qualified leads in the marketplace.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and materials for prospective clients and partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and needs assessment through contract negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform sales strategy, positioning, and messaging for target accounts.
- Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices for account management, prospecting, and deal closing.
- Work with finance and legal teams to ensure all contractual agreements are properly documented and executed.
- Continuously refine the sales process by incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software or financial technology solutions to institutional and corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, private banking, or asset management industry practices and regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Geneva region and occasionally to other European markets as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities consistently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is highly valued for the Geneva market and client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers in financial services organizations.
- Comfort with a performance-driven sales culture that emphasizes both individual accountability and team collaboration.

- Existing relationships with wealth management firms, family offices, or private banks operating in the Swiss market.

- Multilingual capabilities beyond English and French, particularly German or Italian, which are beneficial in the Geneva area.
