Project Manager - Fintech
Job description
About the role
This role guides a new Adaptive-owned product suite as it takes shape, aligning delivery with the company's fintech strategy. You will own the end-to-end execution of projects within this suite, ensuring that every initiative meets its defined schedule, budget, and quality standards. Success for this position is measured by on-time, on-budget delivery and the confidence of stakeholders in the delivery process. You will act as the central coordination point, translating strategic fintech objectives into tangible project plans and actions. The role requires a pragmatic operator who is comfortable navigating change and documenting processes for team continuity. You will promote a servant-leader mindset so that developers, QA, UX, BA, DevOps, and support members can own decisions and grow. Collaboration will span across Barcelona, London, Manila, Montreal, and New York, requiring you to identify and resolve issues that affect team harmony and performance. You will discuss software concepts with diverse talent, including real-time programming, high availability, TDD, BDD, backlog management, and exchange domain knowledge.
