What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with Bamboohr's business goals and market trends.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and equitable within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and management to assess job roles and establish appropriate salary ranges and job classifications.
• Design and manage incentive programs that drive performance and reward employees for achieving key business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to management on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations and performance appraisals.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Lead compensation-related projects, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and the implementation of new HR technologies.
• Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
• Foster a culture of transparency and communication around compensation and benefits, ensuring employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and benefits to continuously enhance Bamboohr's offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and labor laws in Egypt.
• Proven experience in conducting market analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
