As a Product Specialist for Specialty Care at Acino, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our innovative pharmaceutical products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Acino's specialty care products within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance product visibility and credibility.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and applications of our specialty care solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure cohesive messaging and support for product initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
- Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding product usage and efficacy.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer interactions to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Participate in relevant conferences, workshops, and seminars to represent Acino and stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all promotional activities and communications.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and educational content that effectively communicate the value of our specialty care products.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic areas relevant to specialty care.
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues to drive overall team success.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is essential; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MSc) is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or product management, specifically within the specialty care segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian healthcare landscape, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
