What you'll do
- Develop and lead strategic, multi-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue across AccuWeather's ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on digital and video.
- Partner closely with sales to understand client goals and identify relevant, creative opportunities that align with real-world weather behaviors.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, one-sheets, toolkits, and thought leadership content tailored to advertiser needs.
- Translate audience data, behavioral insights, and marketplace trends into compelling narratives that resonate with advertisers and support Superior Accuracy™.
- Collaborate with product and editorial teams to create new revenue-generating ad experiences and content opportunities that feel timely and relevant.
- Partner with research, data science, and BI teams to transform complex insights into persuasive sales materials that drive decisions.
- Align with strategy, pricing, and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and executable across the full ecosystem.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and communication are consistently strong and transparent.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring internal resources remain accurate and current.
- Support the development of integrated programs that connect data, creative, and media for a cohesive advertiser experience.
- Use strategic thinking to identify gaps in the market and propose innovative solutions that leverage the full breadth of AccuWeather assets.
- Work cross-functionally to refine messaging, positioning, and creative approaches based on ongoing feedback and performance signals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pitch materials by incorporating learnings and evolving best practices.
- Act as a collaborative force in shaping the direction of integrated marketing initiatives that support long-term revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media, digital advertising, or agency environments.
- Strong storytelling ability with experience developing persuasive proposals and sales materials.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing ideas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, and design programs are a plus.

- Experience working within data-driven or media-focused environments where insights directly influence strategy.
