AccuWeather is actively searching for a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of critical industries. In this capacity, the successful hire will own the end-to-end planning and activation of programs designed to penetrate key verticals and drive measurable business results. They will serve as the primary link between market intelligence, product value propositions, and sales execution, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with overarching corporate objectives. What you'll do
- Orchestrate comprehensive go-to-market strategies for industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Energy, Insurance, and Healthcare, aligning each initiative with specific business outcomes.
- Architect industry-specific messaging frameworks and customer success stories that clearly articulate the unique value and competitive differentiation of AccuWeather's solutions.
- Design and oversee the execution of industry-focused campaigns, webinars, and digital content programs that nurture leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Lead primary and secondary market research initiatives, including in-depth customer interviews, to uncover latent needs, validate assumptions, and uncover new opportunity areas.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement resources, including persuasive presentations, detailed competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides that equip teams to win complex deals.
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities for new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring timely launches and consistent messaging.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted marketing workflows, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, personalize content, and improve targeting precision.
- Establish clear metrics and reporting structures for every program, enabling data-driven decisions and demonstrating the direct impact of marketing activities on revenue and customer acquisition.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing campaign performance, testing new approaches, and sharing actionable insights with product and sales teams.
- Act as the central point of contact for industry marketing best practices, ensuring that knowledge is documented, shared, and leveraged across the broader marketing organization.
- Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric narratives that address specific industry pain points and regulatory considerations.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution to meet aggressive business timelines.
- Drive the creation of tailored content assets that speak directly to the distinct priorities of C-suite executives, operations leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive activity and market shifts, providing timely recommendations on how marketing strategies should evolve in response.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, demonstrating a foundational understanding of core marketing principles.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, with a proven track record in go-to-market execution and industry marketing initiatives.
- Show a demonstrable ability to create engaging marketing content and programs that capture attention, build trust, and influence decision-making.
- Have direct experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and share information.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of market research methodologies and customer insights generation, using data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
- Display strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage timelines, dependencies, and resources effectively across multiple workstreams.
