About the role
You will operate as a Senior Inside Sales Consultant focused on families who have initiated a search with A Place for Mom and require expert guidance to finalize their care decisions. This position demands consistent, high-activity outreach designed to re-engage interested families and move them firmly toward a move-in decision. You will own the entire consultative selling process, applying disciplined follow-up and structured pipeline management to prevent stagnation and drive conversions. Your daily work will involve building rapid trust, actively listening to complex family needs, and translating those insights into tailored care options that feel like the best fit. You will act as a critical liaison, coordinating closely with senior living communities and care providers to arrange tours, share feedback, and secure commitments. Accurate and real-time CRM documentation will be essential, ensuring every interaction, next step, and forecast is visible and actionable. Ultimately, your performance will directly shape both the quality of family experiences and the achievement of business objectives through reliable sales execution.

What you'll do
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.
- Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families through the sales funnel.
- Drive outcomes by moving families from initial contact to scheduled tours and ultimately to move-in decisions or qualified referrals.
- Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain momentum, prevent pipeline stalls, and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
- Build trust quickly by demonstrating empathy and expertise, then guide families to identify and select the best-fit care options for their unique situation.
- Partner with senior living communities and external care providers to coordinate seamless tours, share detailed feedback, and support timely move-in conversions.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in the CRM to reflect the current status of each family, next steps, and forecasted conversions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations through disciplined activity and focused execution.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training initiatives to refine techniques, sharpen skills, and continuously improve performance.
- Serve as a reliable source of truth and strategic insight for internal stakeholders by communicating pipeline health and emerging trends.
- Identify moments where additional referrals can be generated and proactively introduce new partners or communities that may better serve evolving family needs.
- Balance high-priority opportunities with a broad portfolio of families, ensuring each receives appropriate attention at the right time.
- Use data and interaction patterns to adapt selling strategies, optimize touchpoints, and improve overall conversion rates over time.
- Communicate with clarity and professionalism at all times, representing A Place for Mom as a trusted and mission-driven resource.
- Support team objectives by sharing best practices, contributing to playbooks, and helping to maintain a high-performing sales culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales environments that emphasize consistent activity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through disciplined follow-up and strong execution.
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines where relationships must be nurtured over time.
- Strong communication and active listening skills that enable you to extract needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions.
- Ability to multitask effectively, including managing phone conversations while simultaneously updating CRM records and planning next steps.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and analyze performance.
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus, accountability, and independence in a home-based work environment.
- Comfort owning a full pipeline from initial contact through to conversion, with clear accountability for end-to-end outcomes.
- Resilience and a coachable mindset, allowing you to respond positively to feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously refine your approach.

- Hourly Base
Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour)
- On Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus (Uncapped)
