About the role
You will lead a remote team of Healthcare Account Executives across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada, setting the strategy and direction for your book of healthcare accounts. You will develop and execute a performance plan that drives high-quality referrals, move-ins, and new clients to agency and community customers. This role requires deep collaboration with cross-functional partners to roll out new initiatives that enhance team productivity and outcomes. You will mentor and coach your team, guiding them to grow account revenue and deliver a seamless consumer experience. You will analyze market and performance data to inform decisions and report insights to senior leadership. Success in this role means building a resilient sales culture that thrives in a fast-paced, change-infused environment. You will partner with Senior Living Advisors to ensure families receive the right care at the right time.

What you'll do
Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results-driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching, and motivating.
Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently grow each account and drive the most referrals, move-ins, and new clients to our community and agency customers.
Train, mentor and manage team on how to support families being discharged by understanding each family's unique needs and working with Senior Living Advisors to refer to the appropriate providers.
Partner with teams across the business to roll out new initiatives, pilots, or processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) to your territory to enhance team productivity.
Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomes and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals and drive sustainable growth.
Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership as required to inform strategic decisions.
Occasional travel required for Divisional and Company sales meetings to align on strategy and best practices.
Complete customer experience calls monthly for each team member to ensure customer satisfaction and solve any potential service recovery issues.
The position will require a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with night and weekend call requirements and ~75% of time in-field (regional travel) with your team.
Requirements
Three or more years of successful experience as an individual contributor in a sales or account management role, demonstrating consistent performance.
Three or more years of experience successfully leading a sales team to exceed quota, with a proven ability to scale results.
Track record of developing new sales talent into top performers and demonstrated ability of managing seasoned sales talent to maximize their performance.
Ability to solve personnel issues both timely and professionally, maintaining team cohesion and accountability.
Promotes a positive and energetic sales atmosphere with the team, fostering collaboration and resilience.
Ability to deliver results, while working in a highly independent environment and managing multiple priorities.
Availability to travel weekly throughout your territory to work with your Healthcare Account Executives in the field and build strong relationships.
Collaborative approach to working with other departments or business functions, with focus on achieving shared goals and aligning priorities.
Experience in change management and innovation. Thrives in a fast-paced, change-infused, demanding environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, test new processes or approaches, and get the job done.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Effective time management skills to balance field coverage, team development, and administrative responsibilities.
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel, with proficiency in navigating CRM tools and sales platforms.
Access to a designated home office space, allowing for privacy during working hours, as well as a high speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration and reporting.
Nice to have
Experience in senior living or healthcare referral environments, with familiarity with referral partnerships and compliance considerations.
Background in managing a territory with in-field sales teams and high-touch customer interactions.
Proficiency in interpreting performance metrics and translating data into actionable coaching plans.
Comfort with pilot programs and testing new sales approaches in live environments.
Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Practical notes
This role requires occasional travel for Divisional and Company sales meetings.
The position requires a flexible schedule between 8am and 8pm, including night and weekend call requirements.
Approximately 75% of your time will be spent in-field conducting regional travel with your team.
