About the role
You will operate as a Senior Inside Sales Consultant working directly with families who have already begun their search with A Place for Mom and who require guidance through the final stages of their decision. This is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role focused on re-engaging families, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and converting interest into confirmed move-ins. You will execute consistent follow-up, practice strong consultative selling, and maintain disciplined execution across every stage of the sales process. Your ability to follow through, guide effectively, and drive outcomes will directly impact both family experiences and business success for the company.

What you'll do
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.
- Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.
- Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals when needed.
- Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.
- Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options.
- Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance.
- Proactively identify roadblocks in the decision process and implement targeted strategies to overcome them.
- Leverage consultative questioning to uncover underlying concerns and tailor solutions that align with family priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on family preferences and feedback.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine selling strategies and positioning.
- Support special projects related to pipeline optimization and process improvement as requested.
- Act as a primary point of contact for families, providing timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines with a focus on move-in outcomes.
- Strong communication and active listening skills demonstrated in previous roles.
- Ability to multitask effectively, including managing phone conversations and CRM documentation simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard Microsoft Office tools for daily workflow.
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus, accountability, and minimal supervision.
- Comfort operating within a metrics-driven environment where consistent activity directly influences success.
- Willingness to adhere to structured follow-up processes and cadences designed to maximize conversion.
- Commitment to maintaining data integrity and updating pipeline information in real time.

- Hourly Base
Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour).
- On Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus (Uncapped).
