What you'll do

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with their strategic objectives.
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of ServiceNow solutions and ensure they are utilized effectively.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows, to support ongoing system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, providing timely support to clients and ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, proactively recommending enhancements to optimize functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members and clients to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the value of ServiceNow solutions.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating effectively with colleagues and fostering an environment of mutual respect and support.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, with relevant certifications preferred.
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in project management methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and web services (REST, SOAP) is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Previous experience in a consulting role, particularly in IT service management.
