What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable cloud architectures that meet the specific needs of our clients while ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cloud solutions.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and compliance with regulatory standards, implementing necessary adjustments as required.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations that align with business objectives.
• Document cloud architectures, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud services.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
