Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical environment, preferably in defense or intelligence sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with certifications such as PMP or Agile being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working with classified information and a thorough understanding of the security protocols associated with TS/SCI environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in a consulting role or with a government contractor.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the defense and intelligence sectors.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
