Zscaler is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our finance department and report directly to the Director of Treasury. Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute oversight of the end-to-end FX hedge program, performing detailed exposure analysis and generating precise variance reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the investment portfolio, capital structure, and interest rate risk to formulate and present strategic recommendations.
- Drive the management of free cash flow forecasting and long-term liquidity planning through close collaboration with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Harness the power of AI-enabled tools and advanced data analytics to refine reporting procedures, automate workflows, and boost operational efficiency.
- Champion treasury-related initiatives, including working capital optimization, corporate insurance administration, and policy development, while ensuring seamless coordination with Tax, Legal, and FP&A departments.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess and mitigate financial risks associated with foreign exchange and market volatility.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support treasury operations and provide scenario-based insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements related to treasury functions.
Requirements
- Possess 6+ years of professional experience in Treasury, corporate finance, or banking, with a specific focus on FX, investments, capital markets, or liquidity planning.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing the software for complex financial modeling and detailed reporting.
- Show a proven ability to articulate financial analyses and strategic recommendations effectively to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Exhibit foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and the capability to position and utilize AI-driven solutions to achieve improved functional outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to all Zscaler security and privacy policies in the handling of sensitive financial data.
- Display a strong commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and integrity in all treasury operations.
