About the role

What you'll do
- Orchestrate partner enablement programs by designing and executing labs, education modules, and co-selling initiatives that elevate service offerings and technical proficiency.
- Synthesize input from internal field teams to construct and refine joint account strategies, ensuring engagement plans are robust and actionable for partner teams in Japan.
- Architect and lead in-depth technical workshops and training sessions that equip partners with the knowledge to deliver measurable customer outcomes using the Zero Trust Exchange platform.
- Act as a central coordination point for Global GSP, MSSP, and Velocity team members, facilitating seamless collaboration to support strategic partner activities within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct comprehensive solution architecture reviews with partners, identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize the deployment of cloud-native security services.
- Develop and deliver advanced training curricula that demystify network security and authentication protocols, empowering partners to articulate technical differentiators effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, guiding partners through complex organizational structures to secure buy-in and drive consensus.
- Track and analyze partner engagement metrics, using insights to iterate on enablement content and improve the effectiveness of channel strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that focus on pipeline growth through active partner engagement and targeted outreach.
- Provide subject matter expertise for executive-level discussions, ensuring that technical considerations are integrated into high-level business decisions affecting partner strategy.
Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of cumulative experience in technical pre-sales, architecture, or professional services roles within the technology sector.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of networking fundamentals, security frameworks, authentication mechanisms, and Internet protocols that underpin modern cloud architectures.
- Exhibit a proven ability to navigate and influence complex partner organizational structures, steering conversations toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Show a history of developing technical champions within partner organizations who can advocate for and drive positive results for joint customers.
- Highlight demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve large, complex Software-as-a-Service solutions and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Adhere to strict standards of professionalism, ensuring all activities align with company security and privacy policies that govern global operations.
