Deputy Manager, Analytics & Insights
Job description
About the role
This position is embedded within the FP&A department where you will own the design and execution of next generation financial intelligence systems. You will serve as a technical architect who connects strategic financial objectives with robust production-grade machine learning infrastructures. The role requires you to translate high-level business goals into automated data products that operate autonomously within the enterprise. You will build the modular financial skills that power anomaly detection and automated variance analysis across global business units. In this capacity, you will manage the centralized feature store within Snowflake to monitor churn propensity, renewal health, and critical revenue signals. You will also develop a strict technical governance layer to enforce RBAC and ensure auditability for sensitive financial and customer information. The successful candidate will utilize DBT and executive visualization tools via Streamlit to construct reliable data models and dashboards. Finally, you will oversee the deployment lifecycle for financial microservices using Docker and Snowflake Container Services across AWS and Azure environments.
