Requirements
- You must have proven experience as a Complaints Manager or in a similar senior customer redress role.
- You need in-depth knowledge of financial complaints regulation, such as FCA rules and related frameworks.
- You need experience managing investigations and escalating complex issues to senior leadership.
- You need a strong understanding of risk assessments and balance/priority clauses in financial services.
- You need a demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- You need experience using complaints management systems and tools to track, manage, and report on cases.
- You need a preferred degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline that supports professional practice.
- You must have proven experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
- You need a background in banking or financial services complaints, with a clear understanding of customer expectations.
- You need knowledge of FSMA and related regulatory frameworks that govern financial conduct.
- You need experience with data analytics and reporting to interpret complaints trends and drive insights.
- You need relevant qualifications in law, compliance, or customer experience that underpin your expertise.
