The incumbent will partner with stakeholders across the manufacturing footprint to analyze performance and drive structured improvements. Specifically, the role requires fluency in Lean principles and continuous improvement frameworks, applied in conjunction with deep knowledge of SAP and ERP system landscapes. The objective is to deliver changes that improve scalability, reduce cost, and elevate operational excellence without disrupting ongoing activities.

Key Responsibilities

A primary duty is to map the intake pathways for production planning data. This involves validating existing documentation to establish a reliable baseline for current state operations. Analysis of this baseline is essential to identify discrepancies and constraints.

The role further requires the design of execution models. These models must effectively link equipment management practices with logistics sequences. The goal is to ensure that physical processes are accurately mirrored and supported within business applications.

Cross-functional collaboration is central to the position. You will coordinate review sessions that bring together diverse teams. These forums are used to assess workflow gaps and to prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact. The output of these sessions is the development of structured change packages. These packages must integrate manufacturing quality controls with asset tracking requirements to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Technology partnership is another critical function. You will work alongside technology teams to configure ERP modules. This configuration work is intended to ensure that process adjustments remain stable and reliable during periods of scaling. Stakeholder guidance is also a core component. You will lead transition periods, documenting decisions and capturing lessons learned to build institutional knowledge.

The evaluation of system metrics is an ongoing responsibility. By analyzing data from planning and execution systems, you will identify patterns that highlight opportunities for targeted enhancements. These insights will inform the development of practical solutions. You will also lead workshops that translate high-level business needs into specific system settings and operational checklists. These deliverables provide clear guidance for operations teams.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must bring three to five years of experience managing programs in complex manufacturing environments. This background should include hands-on application of Lean methodologies to analyze workflows. You must demonstrate a track record of recommending adjustments that improve cost effectiveness.

Technical systems knowledge is non-negotiable. You must possess a clear understanding of SAP or comparable ERP platforms. This includes an awareness of how changes to system configurations affect end-to-end manufacturing processes. Communication skills must be highly developed to ensure alignment with both operations and technical partners. You will be responsible for coordinating implementation sequencing and prioritizing initiatives.
