In this role, you will design and manage workback plans that align multiple teams toward shared launch objectives. You will act as the primary connective tissue ensuring Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Customer Experience move as one system. The position requires you to drive readiness processes so that every program lands with precision and confidence across all stakeholder groups. You will manage both product launches and broader GTM initiatives such as pricing changes, segmentation shifts, and market expansion programs. Success in this role means you turn strategic vision into coordinated action with speed and measurable adoption.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own workback plans, dependencies, and readiness gates across concurrent product launches and GTM programs.
- Define and enforce tiering standards, distinguishing Tier-1 initiatives from Tier-2 based on revenue impact and field readiness needs.
- Run governance forums including launch councils, readiness reviews, and go/no-go checkpoints to maintain execution integrity.
- Manage the Alpha and Beta lifecycle in partnership with Customer Success and Product for launch-specific initiatives and feedback loops.
- Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations on scope, timing, and ownership for each initiative.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence to ensure messaging and positioning inputs are incorporated into launch plans.
- Partner with GTM Enablement early in program design to co-build training, certification, and rollout plans for field adoption.
- Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to accelerate program documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Proactively identify opportunities to apply AI in reducing manual program overhead and improving launch and program velocity.
- Stay current on AI-enabled workflow tools relevant to GTM operations and pilot new approaches that create measurable efficiency gains.
- Maintain the operational source of truth for launch and program assets with strong version control, access management, and lifecycle alignment.
- Standardize release communication templates, terminology, and status reporting to ensure consistency across all initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards that display the status of all active GTM programs, including live, in beta, deprecated, and upcoming items.
- Own the single source of truth for the GTM program calendar across both product and non-product initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to remove blockers and ensure timely execution of complex GTM programs.
- Translate strategic objectives into tactical workstreams that Sales and Marketing can execute with clarity and confidence.
- Monitor post-launch adoption metrics and feed insights back into program improvements and future planning.
- Ensure all program deliverables meet compliance, legal, and branding standards before public release.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and updating playbooks for future program execution.
- Act as the central point of escalation and decision-making support for high-stakes GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Bring 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, GTM Operations, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading end-to-end product release or launch programs from readiness planning through general availability and post-launch adoption tracking.
- Show direct experience orchestrating cross-functional launches or programs involving Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Have hands-on experience with content and enablement systems and content lifecycle management.
- Exhibit strong program and project management skills across concurrent, interdependent workstreams and timelines.
- Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Use data and dashboards to drive decisions and measure program health and adoption outcomes.
- Familiarize yourself with GTM motions including but not limited to product launches, pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory changes.
Nice to have
- Experience with competitive intelligence gathering and integration into GTM planning.
- Background in implementing AI tools within operational workflows at scale.
- Knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems relevant to B2B GTM execution.
- Prior work in a high-growth SaaS or technology company environment.
Practical notes
This role is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, and requires in-person presence during standard business hours. Travel is not expected as part of this role. The position is exempt and full-time. Only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be considered for further review.
