About the role
This role leads enterprise onboarding and implementation for a procurement AI platform. The position drives customer configuration, training, and project execution. Success depends on collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Software engineers turn product ideas into working code. Engineers work in small teams, review each other's work, and ship in small batches. Most teams follow agile practices such as sprints and daily standups. Engineers also write tests, fix bugs, and improve performance. The field values clear communication as much as technical skill. Engineers spend part of every week on planning, code review, and debugging, not just writing new code. What you'll do
Enterprise requirements are analyzed and translated into product configurations that solve customer problems.
New enterprise customer onboarding is led end to end, building out procurement processes from the ground up.
Training sessions and question and answer forums are led to enable customers and stakeholders to use the product independently.
Project related activities are delegated and supervised for solutions and technical consultants who support implementations.
Customer requests are evaluated alongside product and engineering teams to set clear expectations on what will be supported.
Customer satisfaction is delivered at speed through actions taken to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Candidates bring eight or more years of experience in procurement sourcing, P2P systems consulting, or managing key B2B client relationships.
Experience leading enterprise wide procure to pay or ERP implementations is required, ideally at a global scale.
Strong communication skills enable clear information exchange with clients and stakeholders.
Detail oriented behaviors and proactive habits ensure accuracy and thoroughness in delivery.
Background working with product and engineering teams helps align technical solutions to customer needs.
The ability to challenge stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships is demonstrated.
Comfort using configuration tools in software systems is needed, while technical skills are an advantage.
