Senior IT Developer, Site Lead
Job description
About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end automation of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding across Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, ensuring a true Zero-Touch provisioning model. You are the primary technical face for the Toronto office, responsible for leading all onsite IT operations and ruthlessly eliminating manual work through advanced scripting and intelligent orchestration. In this capacity, you will build and maintain a "Code-First" infrastructure that scales securely while making internal and external stakeholders happy with simple, repeatable solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage physical workspace changes, A/V integrations, and office expansions, acting as the central IT site lead for these initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in networking, security, and identity to manage and secure the corporate environment, from WiFi and VPN to endpoints and EDR tools. You will use your scripting abilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to integrate SaaS stacks and convert fragmented help desk requests into robust automated workflows. Finally, you will champion the philosophy that any process done twice must be automated, documenting every runbook to ensure operations are transparent, repeatable, and resilient.
