This role shapes production AI platforms and partners with stakeholders to solve business challenges. The position operates within a Data & AI Squad and focuses on designing, building, and scaling reliable AI capabilities.
Software engineers turn product ideas into working code. Engineers work in small teams, review each other's work, and ship in small batches. Requirements
Hands on experience across Python, AI engineering and modern cloud technologies including AWS, ideally with experience building and scaling production ready agentic AI solutions.

Strong experience developing AI solutions using Python together with modern cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.

Ability to partner with technical and non technical stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction through collaboration and engineering leadership.
