What you'll do
Develop and own the architecture of enterprise-level business operations dashboards, ensuring alignment with executive strategic priorities.
Translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans by coordinating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Design and implement rigorous sales performance tracking methodologies to measure productivity, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Analyze complex operational data to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and formulate data-backed recommendations for process improvement.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that require synthesizing large datasets to solve ambiguous problems and guide strategic planning.
Partner with the leadership team to integrate business model analysis with financial forecasting to ensure accurate and realistic projections.
Champion a culture of data literacy by empowering teams with the insights and tools necessary to make informed operational decisions.
Own the end-to-end management of critical reporting pipelines, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all company-wide metrics.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales funnel performance and conversion metrics to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue potential.
Act as the central point of contact for business operations inquiries, providing clear, concise, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Define and track key performance indicators that reflect the health of the business, identifying trends and outliers that require immediate attention.
Collaborate with product and underwriting teams to assess risk models and ensure that operational strategies support sustainable growth.
Drive the development of scenario planning models to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions before implementation.
Establish best practices for data governance and reporting standards to ensure scalability and reliability as the organization grows.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
You bring a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate development, or a related analytical role.
You have a proven track record of managing and analyzing large, complex datasets to inform high-stakes business decisions.
You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
You are a highly analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
You have experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams, providing strategic support and influencing at the highest levels.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve rapidly and adaptability is essential.
You communicate with precision and clarity, both verbally and in writing, tailoring your message for diverse audiences.

Practical notes
