About the role
Workstream seeks an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of a global data operations function for its robotics division. This role combines people leadership, quality control, and compliance to turn raw recordings into usable training data. The position will evolve from remote execution toward in-office management as a Manila presence is established.

What you'll do
Drive large-scale participant acquisition in partnership with Recruiting and People Ops to meet weekly footage targets.
Run a physical lab where multi-camera wearable setups capture high-fidelity data for robotics training.
Lead a team of Video Data Contributors and Quality Auditors to audit footage for usability.
Provide troubleshooting for recording techniques and hardware issues during recurring support sessions.
Manage the tiered compensation structure and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing via Deel.
Update training guidelines and presentation materials in response to recurring footage quality problems.
Prevent personal information from entering uploaded robotics training data through strict compliance adherence.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $50 to $50.6+ years managing distributed or gig workforces in operations.
Technical proficiency to master and teach multi-angle recording and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience managing teams across the Philippines and the US, accounting for cultural and logistical differences.
