We are on the lookout for a passionate Corporate Partnerships Account Manager who will be responsible for nurturing and enhancing our relationships with leading restaurant and hospitality franchises. Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and sustain high-level relationships with Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), and Vice Presidents of Talent at prominent franchise brands.
- Implement Master Service Agreement (MSA) entitlements and promote the adoption of our platform across both corporate-owned and franchisee locations.
- Act as a representative for Workstream at industry conferences and events, engaging in public speaking and moderating panels to showcase our expertise.
- Oversee strategic initiatives, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, prioritizing product roadmaps, and managing brand marketing campaigns.
- Provide analysis on return on investment (ROI) and usage metrics to gain executive support for comprehensive system rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth while effectively managing churn and payback periods.
- Facilitate introductions between executives to enhance the broader enterprise sales strategy and foster deeper partnerships.
- Develop and present tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our partners, ensuring their success with our platform.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to partners and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing partnership-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Regularly assess partnership performance and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or account management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in navigating commercial negotiations and advancing deals to completion.
- Experience in a startup setting, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Strong capability to challenge and engage executive stakeholders while fostering positive professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel approximately once every 1 to 2 months, particularly during peak conference seasons.
- Exceptional organizational skills and accountability for executing complex projects efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in previous roles.
