What you'll do
- Assume the role of lead technical advisor for CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders at flagship accounts, steering high-impact conversations on digital evolution.
- Architect long-term automation and AI roadmaps that are tightly aligned with overarching enterprise business goals and regulatory landscapes.
- Provide authoritative guidance to customers navigating the implementation of AI and agentic automation, with a specific focus on human-in-the-loop models and sophisticated context management strategies.
- Define and evangelize enterprise Model Context Platform strategies, establishing rigorous governance frameworks, observability standards, and comprehensive lifecycle management for AI systems.
- Exercise final authority over architecture principles, serving as the definitive decision-maker for complex design trade-offs that impact scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive software expansion and value realization initiatives by forging deep partnerships with account executives and customer success teams to ensure adoption momentum.
- Develop and deploy compelling reference architectures, white papers, and high-level strategy presentations that de-risk adoption and accelerate platform integration.
- Mentor a team of technical architects and strategic advisors, elevating the collective capability of the internal advisory framework known as GEARS.
- Synthesize intricate technical concepts into coherent narratives that resonate with executive leadership and technical decision-makers alike.
- Contribute to the intellectual property of the advisory practice, ensuring that insights and best practices are codified for scalable reuse across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of computational principles.
- Possess 20+ years of experience in technology transformation consulting, with a specific focus on integration, middleware, or API management disciplines.
- Accumulate 15+ years of experience in senior architecture roles, such as Enterprise or Digital Architect, within demanding operational environments.
- Exhibit a proven history of advising C-level executives on enterprise-wide technology strategy, influencing multi-million dollar decisions.
- Show deep expertise in enterprise security paradigms, governance models, and established operational frameworks that ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrate the ability to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time, engaging directly with leadership teams in dynamic settings.
- Maintain strong communication skills capable of supporting board-level presentations and the creation of detailed, technical documentation.
- Display cultural agility and the adaptability required to navigate the distinct expectations of European enterprise markets with professionalism.
- Commit to a mindset of continuous learning, staying current with the rapidly evolving landscape of integration platforms and AI technologies.
- Embrace a consultative selling approach where technical credibility is the primary driver of customer trust and engagement.

- Hold a Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related fields, providing an advanced theoretical perspective.
- Bring familiarity with major enterprise applications including Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and various complex databases.
- Demonstrate proficiency in leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, understanding their architectural implications.
- Possess previous experience in a startup environment, where agility and a bias for action are essential survival skills.
