What you'll do
A local commercial strategy is defined, covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships to capture market potential. The market is represented internally as the primary integrator across commercial, operations, and supply chain to align priorities. Reporting frameworks are strengthened and performance transparency is enhanced to enable data driven decision making for stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong experience in general management, commercial leadership, or market leadership roles with proven PnL ownership is required. An extensive background in retail, grocery, e-commerce, or other multi site operating environments must be demonstrated clearly. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with suppliers and external partners is necessary for success. Proven leadership in building and developing high performing teams is essential for operational execution. The ability to translate data into actionable decisions through strong analytical skills is required to guide strategy. Experience operating in a matrix organization while collaborating across multiple functional stakeholders is necessary to coordinate initiatives. Strategic thinking must coexist with a strong operational focus and attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes. Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills are mandatory for representing the market. Proficiency in G Suite or MS Office, especially Excel, is required to manage planning and analysis. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory for cross-functional collaboration.
