Since our inception in 2014, we have evolved from delivering restaurant meals to providing a wide range of products across over 500 cities in 30 countries, and your work will directly support this expansive network. In partnership with DoorDash since 2022, we continue to expand our reach, and you will be a key player in ensuring that local operations run seamlessly. What you'll do

Accept orders through our application with speed and accuracy to keep the fulfillment pipeline moving smoothly.

Process incoming goods by checking deliveries and verifying that items match expected documentation and quality standards.

Assemble, package, and hand over ordered items to couriers or customers while maintaining a high level of care for products.

Maintain up-to-date product information in our internal system to ensure inventory records reflect the reality on the shelf.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store so that the workspace is safe, efficient, and presentable at all times.

Participate in ongoing improvements to store operations by sharing ideas and testing new methods that enhance productivity.

Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying discrepancies to prevent delays and maintain service reliability.

Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely handovers and resolve any issues that may arise during the transfer of orders.

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to create a secure working environment for both staff and customers.

Support the team during peak hours by stepping into different roles as needed to keep service running without interruption.

Use the Wolt platform and internal tools to complete tasks efficiently and provide data for operational insights.

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure alignment on priorities and the status of ongoing activities.

Requirements

Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as the environment demands rapid adaptation.

Proactive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering a smooth and satisfying experience.

Independence and ambition, with a preference for fast-paced startup environments where ownership is encouraged.

Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts; Wolt Market Buda operates daily from 6 AM to midnight without exception.

Retail or warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide training for the right candidates.

Basic proficiency in English is required to interact with systems and collaborate with team members.

Fluent in Hungarian is essential to perform duties effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

A strong sense of responsibility and reliability, ensuring that you complete assigned tasks to a high standard.

Willingness to follow instructions and take direction while also contributing to process improvements.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements related to packing and organizing items.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace as part of daily responsibilities.

Capacity to work well within a team and support colleagues during busy periods or unexpected rushes.
