What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to create integrated solutions that meet project requirements.
• Conduct detailed analyses and simulations to validate electrical designs and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and design drawings, to support project development and execution.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on system design and implementation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC and IEEE.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
