About the role
You will own the strategic direction and day-to-day engagement of a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers to ensure their ongoing success and expansion with Pulley. This role requires you to act as the primary executive liaison for key accounts, building deep trust and aligning Pulley's platform with their evolving business objectives. You will identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities by uncovering new use cases and championing new features within existing customer organizations. A core part of your responsibility will be to translate complex platform capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders. You will leverage data and customer insights to forecast growth, mitigate churn risk, and position Pulley as an indispensable partner in their operational transformation. This position demands a proactive mindset, where you synthesize feedback from various teams to influence product direction and customer perception. Ultimately, you will be the guardian of long-term relationships, ensuring that customer outcomes directly contribute to the company's strategic growth and retention goals.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate end-to-end customer lifecycles, guiding accounts from initial onboarding to mature, multi-year renewals.
- Architect and execute strategic account plans that map stakeholder needs to Pulley's solution roadmap and value metrics.
- Facilitate executive business reviews that highlight ROI, operational efficiency gains, and strategic alignment with client goals.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative usage data to generate actionable product insights for the engineering and product teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with customer success, delivery, and engineering to resolve complex client challenges.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for expansion, demonstrating how deeper platform adoption drives operational scalability.
- Build influential relationships with C-level sponsors and operational leads to uncover hidden needs and champion Pulley internally.
- Analyze account health metrics and sentiment to proactively identify churn risks and deploy targeted retention strategies.
- Serve as the central hub for market intelligence, capturing competitive dynamics and emerging trends that impact client priorities.
- Drive adoption of new features and modules within existing accounts to maximize platform utilization and wallet share.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions that clarify client pain points and position Pulley as the core enabler of their operational excellence.
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial outcomes during renewal discussions to secure favorable and sustainable agreements.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify adjacent opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current customer base.
- Document best practices and customer success stories that can be leveraged in marketing and sales collateral.
Requirements
- Bring 3 to 5+ years of direct experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or a quota-carrying commercial role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing renewals, driving expansion revenue, and growing existing account portfolios.
- Show expertise in navigating complex B2B environments with multiple stakeholders, including the ability to engage executive-level decision makers.
- Exhibit strong commercial judgment, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales and expansion quotas.
- Master communication, organizational, and account planning skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Display comfort operating within a dynamic startup culture, balancing strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution.
- Express a genuine eagerness to work within a hybrid model, dedicating time and collaboration from the New York City office.
