What you'll do
Source and screen candidates across full recruiting cycles to fill specialized roles outside standard tech recruiting, ensuring qualified options that match niche role requirements secure team needs for hiring programs.
Build deep, diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing to maintain a slate for critical positions, reducing time-to-fill and increasing option quality for hard-to-fill roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define needs, align on strategy, and execute time-sensitive hiring plans, clarifying expectations and coordinating execution for priority roles.
Design and maintain an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pulley's mission and standards, using employer branding to support and secure commitment from top prospects for the brand experience.
Collaborate with peers to analyze metrics and refine recruiting operations for speed, quality, and scalability, using data-informed collaboration to drive team outcomes.
Leverage creative problem-solving skills and a bias for action to overcome blockers and close roles efficiently, navigating constraints while maintaining momentum in the hiring process.
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to recruiting by using insights to guide sourcing, outreach, and decision-making, yielding improvements and shortening time-to-fill for open roles through metrics-guided adjustments.

Requirements
Demonstrated track record of scaling teams at fast-growing companies in fast-paced environments, where growth pressure and evolving demands for the business show capability through such experience.
