About the role
You will manage and scale the core communication and collaboration tools that power our global operations. This role focuses on building automated integrations and maintaining the security and reliability of our enterprise software stack. You own the technical strategy and day-to-day operations of Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring they align with evolving business needs. You will design and implement automated workflows that connect enterprise applications, reducing manual effort across teams. You collaborate closely with Security and IAM to uphold data governance and regulatory compliance for all communication tools. You analyze system performance and drive improvements that enhance reliability, user adoption, and operational efficiency. You document configurations and procedures to maintain clear system ownership and enable seamless knowledge transfer. You contribute to a culture of continuous learning by mentoring colleagues and participating in structured engineering interviews.

What you'll do
Manage the technical roadmap for Google Workspace and Slack while supporting Microsoft 365, Filecloud, DocuSign, Adobe, and Calendly.
Create custom automations and API-based integrations using Python, JavaScript, and Apps Script to streamline employee lifecycle management.
Lead incident response efforts, coordinate troubleshooting, and conduct thorough post-mortem analysis for system outages or configuration issues.
Perform expert-level administration of Google Workspace and Slack Enterprise Grid, including user management, security settings, and feature rollouts.
Partner with Security and IAM teams to implement and monitor controls such as DLP, conditional access, and third-party app governance.
Utilize GAM for command-line domain and user management to handle bulk operations and reporting at scale.
Maintain detailed system documentation and apply infrastructure-as-code principles to ensure environment consistency and repeatability.
Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying bottlenecks and driving optimizations for core communication platforms.
Evaluate and pilot new features across Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Filecloud, DocuSign, Adobe, and Calendly to support business objectives.
Support compliance initiatives by configuring controls aligned with frameworks relevant to financial services and data protection.
Automate routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors across user provisioning and offboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for digital workplace tools.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in Digital Workspace, Systems, or SaaS Engineering within enterprise environments.
Expert-level administrative proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack Enterprise Grid, including deep knowledge of core services and settings.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Filecloud, DocuSign, Adobe, and Calendly in production environments.
Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript/Apps Script to interact with REST APIs and automate complex workflows.
Demonstrated skill in using GAM for command-line domain and user management, including advanced queries and bulk actions.
Strong understanding of security protocols and controls, including DLP, conditional access, and third-party app governance.
Experience administering multi-cloud and hybrid collaboration environments while maintaining high standards of availability and security.
Commitment to following established processes and contributing to system documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.
Nice to have
Experience with DevOps practices such as Git, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure tools like Terraform to manage configuration at scale.
Familiarity with iPaaS or automation platforms such as Okta Workflows, Workato, or Zapier to extend integration capabilities.
Background in navigating compliance frameworks commonly found in financial services, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
Professional certifications demonstrating expertise in digital workplace tools, such as Google Workspace Certified Professional Administrator or Slack Certified Admin/Developer.

This role reports to the Digital Workplace team and operates from our Tallinn office. The position is full-time and aligned with standard working hours, with expectations for timely collaboration across global time zones. Travel is generally not required for this role, though occasional in-person gatherings may be considered based on team needs. Employment is contingent on successful completion of any applicable background checks and verification of professional credentials. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Estonia, and no sponsorship is available for this position.
