Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the transmission line or utility sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and transmission line design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction and energy sectors.
